When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion, including cases of incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted and processed.

- Shipping addresses must be within the areas we service, as indicated during checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
- We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method, in USD. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, though all our shipments are complimentary.
Products on the Website are subject to availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock information, but in rare cases, items may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and either offer a substitute or issue a full refund.
